CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

An engineering leader who is packed with diverse experience in the engineering & construction fields, and fueled by the desire for self-improvement and empowering others on the pathway toward excellence.

Sam spent 9 years working in civil engineering for various government agencies such as City of San Diego, County of San Diego, and City of Poway; and 6+ years in the private sector. The plethora of expertise in diverse aspects of a typical civil project - from Design, Plan Check, Project Management, Construction, to Inspection, he can offer a 'Fancy' solution to any project. Si's dream is to build schools in the remote & disadvantaged neighborhood in developing nations.

Hobbies: Guitar, Occasional hiking, Entrepreneurship, Philanthropy.

EMILY HO

CHIEF OF HUMAN RESOURCES

Emily brings over 11 years of diverse experience across the beauty, food & beverage, bookkeeping, and erosion control consulting aspects. The broad experience makes Emily a Swiss Army knife.

Driven by compassion and a deep commitment to community, Emily’s long-term dream is to build a pet shelter that provides a second chance and a better life for animals in need.

Hobbies: Pet care, Art Coloring, Philanthropy.

Maria possess a Bachelor degree and has been practicing Arch. design for 6+ years on various types of design projects: from ADU to multi-family residences, from commercial tenant improvements projects to ground up construction.

Carlos possess a Bachelor degree and has been practicing for 6+ years on various types of design projects: residential ADU and multi-family, and commercial Tenant Improvements.

NICO CASTILLO

VISUALIZATION SPECIALIST

When Nico found an old blue print of his 2-story family residence, which was designed by his father, there was a spark triggering a curious mind to explore more about the pathway to design buildings and more. Fast forwarding, Nico possess a Bachelor degree in Arch. He has been practicing for 9+ years and specialize in ROW plans, space modeling and rendering.

Hobbies: Guitar, Astronomy, Dancing , Photography, Video game (Assasin's Creed)

Favorite food: Cheeseburger. Favorite drink: Coffee.

PHUC NGUYEN

DESIGN JOB CAPTAIN

Phuc has been practicing Arch. design for 5+ years, and worked on different types of projects ranging from residential Single Family to Multi-unit condominiums, from Commercial Retail to Food & Beverage stores. With a rigid belief in the "Less is More" design philosophy, Phuc's design works emphasize the connection among human beings, between humans and nature. That is how Phuc composes feelings, stories and conversations through his designs.

Hobbies: Watercolor panting, Coffee, Musical instruments, Listening
