CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

An engineering leader who is packed with diverse experience in the engineering & construction fields, and fueled by the desire for self-improvement and empowering others on the pathway toward excellence.

Si spent 10 years working as a civil engineer for various government agencies such as City of San Diego, County of San Diego, City of Poway, City of Carlsbad; and 6+ years in the private sector. The plethora of expertise in diverse aspects of a typical civil project - from Design, Plan Check, Project Management, Construction, to Inspection, he can offer a 'Fancy' solution to any project. Si's dream is to build schools in the remote & disadvantaged neighborhood in developing nations.

Hobbies: Guitar, Occasional hiking, Entrepreneurship, Philanthropy.

EMILY HO

HUMAN RESOURCES DIRECTOR

Emily has a combined 11 years in the beauty, food & beverage, book-keeping and erosion control consulting industry. Her personal dream is to build a pet shelter who gives a chance - a second life to those in need.

Hobbies: Pet, Painting, Philanthropy.

MARIA C

DESIGN PRINCIPLE

Maria possess a Bachelor degree & license in Architectural. She has been practicing for 6+ years and worked on various types of design projects: from ADU to multi-family residences, from commercial tenant improvements projects to ground up construction.

Hobbies: Drawing, Artwork, Coffee.

DESIGN JOB CAPTAIN

Carlos possess a Bachelor degree & license in Architectural. He has been practicing for 6+ years and worked on various types of design projects: from ADU to multi-family residences.
